Tales from the Tour 2019

At Tales from the Tour 2019, a crowd of more than 1,400 welcomed Aaron Baddeley, Russell Henley, Andrew Putnam, and Paul Tesori to the stage at Scottsdale Bible Church.

The interviews were again most excellently conducted by Links Players International president and golf professional Jeffrey Cranford, also pastor of Church at the Red Door.

Special thanks to Scottsdale Bible Church for hosting us. Bill Cavness, Pastor of Men’s Ministries and Marriage Ministries, welcomed the crowd and conducted a golf related trivia contest that was really tough!

Event chairman and MC Lewis Greer welcomed the guests to the stage and conducted the 2019 edition of The Tales Cup, won by…. (Watch the video below to find out.)

Some folks who have attended every year from the start said this was the best Tales from the Tour ever, so watch it for the first time or live it again. Thanks to all who attended, and to all of our guests for being generous with their time and their insights!

Bill Cavness asks hard (OK, some were easy) questions.

Lewis Greer introduces the panel, and conducts the 2019 Tales Cup

Baddeley, Henley, Putnam and Tesori discuss the golf swing (including their own swings) and give their thoughts on using TrackMan.

Jeffrey Cranford asks about the mental side of the game, and is a little surprised by the answer.

The players pick up on a statement made by Andrew Putnam and discuss identity in Christ

Thanks to everyone (staff and volunteers) who helped make this event happen, and mark your calendars for next year’s event: Monday, January 27, 2020.
