Tom Purtzer, Martin Piller, and Gerina Piller are all successful professional golfers. But they are all so much more than that, as we learned at Tales from the Tour 2018.
The 1,300 or so people in attendance heard great stories from each player, brought out expertly by Jeffrey Cranford, president of Links Players International and pastor of Church at the Red Door, who joined us once again to interview the players.
Special thanks to Scottsdale Bible Church for hosting us. Kevin Yule, Pastor of Men’s Ministries and Marriage Ministries, welcomed the crowd and gave away a car! (Well, sort of.)
Event chairman Lewis Greer read part of a letter from Blayne Barber about his friend and caddie Cory Gilmer, still recovering from a brain injury, and about what Blayne has learned about his faith. Powerful stuff! Also, Tales from the Tour founder Hugh Illsley told the crowd how this amazing ministry got its start.
Watch the videos below to see what you missed, or to see it all once again!
